飯田ICから車で約10分で行ける高原の別荘地で、リノベーションハウスを一棟貸しのゲストハウスとしてオープンしました。 豪華ではありませんが、居心地の良い空間を意識してリフォームしています。 キャンプ場に隣接する立地で、ウッドデッキでBBQを楽しんだり、湖畔のお散歩や釣りをされるなど、いろいろな楽しみ方が可能です。（キャンプ場は別料金となります。『沢城湖牧場キャンプ場』にご確認ください） 屋内では、Wi-Fiで簡単に操作できるプロジェクターでホームシアターも楽しめます。Amazon prime VideoやNetflixのアカウントに接続可能。隣接する民家がないので、いつでも大音量でお楽しみいただけます。 滞在中は84㎡の占有面積をご自由にお使いいただけます。 洗濯乾燥機を無料で使っていただけますので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。 自炊も可能な設備をご用意していますので、旅行プランに合わせた滞在スタイルを楽しんでいただけます。 冬季（１月〜３月）は、キャンプ場付近５００メートル程に雪や氷が残ることがあります。お越しの際はスタッドレスタイヤ装着の車と、できれば４WDでお越しください。

ホスト自らリノベーションを行った築130年の古民家一棟貸しの宿です。 宿の中には歴史を感じる太い梁、抜けるような眺望、懐かしさを感じる囲炉裏、暖かい薪ストーブ、外には五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 田舎のゆっくりとした時間の流れを感じながら、田舎で暮らす醍醐味を感じていただければ幸いです。 食事は食材を持ち込んでいただき、IHヒーター・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・トースターのあるキッチンで料理をしていただくか、囲炉裏に溶岩プレートや囲炉裏鍋をご用意致しますので、食材を焼いてお召し上がりいただきます。また、裏手には畑があり、季節によっては採れたての野菜を収穫し、そのままお召し上がりいただけます。 お風呂は２種類あり、内風呂はユニットバス、外にはゲスト自ら火入れをしていただく五右衛門風呂を用意しております。 寝室は畳で、お布団を敷かせていただいております。寝室にはエアコンをご用意しており、快適にお休みいただけます。 ウッドデッキにはリクライニングチェアをご用意しておりますので、田舎の里山の景色をお楽しみください。

One-Group Zen Stay｜Free Magome/Tsumago Ride

Welcome to a modern Zen-style homestay, exclusive for one group only.　 Free shuttle to Magome, Tsumago, and Ena Station for Nakasendo hikers. No TV, no alcohol—just quiet, nature, and reflection. Optional Pāli ritual with offerings (approx. ¥1,000), plus space for meditation. Guests may meditate freely on their own; guided sessions are available by donation. On sunny days, walking meditation may take place outdoors or by the riverside park nearby.

A small village with a clear stream

In the winter it is a fireplace with firewood, in the summer it is naturally comfortable wind, free from the urban noisy flow of time, please refresh yourself naturally touching. We can accommodate up to 11 people and we are waiting for use with family and friends group. In addition, you can relax in a quiet environment for small group usage. Especially for outdoor guests you can enjoy the best space. Please enjoy BBQ in the garden.
