The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Spend a relaxing time with friends around the Irori fireplace. You can enjoy the Goemon bath, kamado, and old-fashioned slow life while feeling the season with the wind and sky patterns (there is a cassette stove, IH heater, and shower). You can also cook with a wood stove and BBQ outdoors. 　10 minutes by car from Izumo City Station. Izumo Taisha is 25 minutes away. There is also a hot spring nearby. The 20 tatami mat Japanese-style room is a private bedroom, and the kitchen and toilet are shared. There is a design office in the warehouse, and I work from 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays. You can also use the thatched cottage with a good view. 　There is also air conditioning, but in the summer, if you open the veranda and hang a mosquito net, the summer night breeze will invite you to sleep comfortably. From spring to autumn, you can hear the nostalgic sounds of frogs, cicadas, and bell crickets. 　If you are unfamiliar with charcoal or fire, I can help you if the timing is right. Firewood is free, but please bring your own BBQ charcoal if you use the sunken hearth. It is 1.6 km to the supermarket and 5 km to Izumo Station. It feels good to walk or jog along the Tanabe-michi Road and Kawato-te in the early morning. Please keep pets on the dirt floor. In July and August, please pick blueberries from the garden.

You can enjoy the Irori, a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace, and the world's only egg-shaped sauna. The egg sauna is especially recommended, as it was created with a shape that allows heat to circulate naturally. This is all handmade (DIY)! Feel both the heat of the wood stove in the sauna and the creative heat of JP. You can also enjoy hot pots and grilled fish skewers in the hearth, which has been restored by DIY. Please bring all your own food, so please come after buying it at a nearby supermarket. The location is a region called "Kobo" in the foothills of Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture. Nishi-Awakura Village, which is becoming a popular topic as a village of local creation and migration, is just around the corner, so I think it would be interesting to stop by on the way.
