In this unique property, you can enjoy real peace and quiet while staying in a cottage on a beautiful beach. Next to the cottage begins a beautiful sandy beach about a kilometre long, with hardly any other people using it. The nearest neighbour is about 500 metres away. The cottage has electricity and an air-source heat pump. At least 20 litres of clean drinking water are waiting for you at the cottage. More will be delivered as agreed. Washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of the Marjaniemi lighthouse can be seen from a distance of just over 2.5 km. There are hiking trails nearby.

An architect's home close to nature in Hailuoto

Villa Kaarna is a home built by two architects for themselves. The building's spaces are connected to each other in an airy way. From the windows you can see the pine forest, your own courtyard or sometimes even the northern lights. You can enjoy peace, a fireplace, sauna, nature and the nearby Pöllä beach. This place is suitable for a family as well as a group of friends, or even for a longer stay for someone working remotely. There is also a separate glazed summer room in the courtyard, where it is comfortable to sit from evening until night.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

This atmospheric compact house with a cozy lakeside sauna and private beach in the yard must be seen and experienced on your own. Great for staying overnight or longer stays. In the winter, on the river's ice, you'll find fishing spots for skiing, plenty of walking trails, and sledding. In summer, you can enjoy swimming, boating or fishing. There is a private jetty for your boat on the beach. You can also use the experience services offered by the local company Iisland, which are located very close by.

Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. Code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu along the highway near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an extra charge. Free parking.
