The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Villa Tiiro is a log house built in the early 1900s in Northern Ii, Koppelintie. The original building has practically log walls, around which the current owner has built Villa Tiiron. The 140-square-foot house has a loft with a kitchen, a bedroom, a hall with a new fireplace, and an alcove bedroom with two beds at the back of the hall.
