A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

The entire house has three floors to experience the actual stay and life in the area, the neighborhood is peaceful, the neighbors are very friendly, and there are cats hanging out on the street, which are also very clean and loved. Take a slow walk to the nearest station, takes about ten minutes, if you have a big 29 "luggage, it will be a bit harder, it will be more convenient to drive, there are car spaces on the side of the road. The host is very nice, although out of the country, messages try to respond in a timely manner and it was a good stay!

The check-in worked great. There were very helpful info videos before arrival. It was very easy. The contact with Martine was very good. Response was always quick and friendly. The place was exactly as described. The shed was also great to lock in our bikes. Very nice area that we explored extensively by bike. We had a lovely time.

What a wonderful weekend we had in the beautiful spacious house with huge garden a stone's throw from the dunes and the beach. Very much enjoyed the first spring weekend but we also like to come back here in the summer fall or winter!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home. The neughbourhood is extremelly recommended for tourists, as it is walkable and easy to move arround. There are various restaurants/bars in the surroundings, not to mention Cuyp market but the apartment was very quiet. Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay, and the price follows the regions average.

A lovely loft appartment in a fantastic location. The interior decor was beautifully thought through. There was everything we needed. The balcony rooftop view was a real bonus also. A really good find. Bert and Marieke were very easy to communicate with and offered a late check out which was a boon. Great place, great few days in lovely Leiden.

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation The apartment was absolutely tidy, cozy and in an awesome location. The images correspond exactly to reality – everything is just as beautiful as the photos. We were particularly impressed by the great view of the sea and the natural park. The landlords were very friendly and gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and activities for our son. Thanks to their recommendations, we were able to enjoy our stay even more. We can fully recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Small nice apartment that we found clean, centrally located, yet quiet . Comfortable beds, bathroom mini but it is completely sufficient . We will be happy to come back. Sandra

The location was beautiful and perfect for enjoying Amsterdam. It was very walkable to multiple sights, while being quiet for sleeping. Would love to visit again and would recommend it to friends. Jan-Bas is an excellent host and the local information provided were spot on and extremely helpful!!

The apartment is super nicely located, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town center, but you almost fall onto the beach from the terrace and thus also have a great view of the water. The kilometer-long bike path through the dunes is also right next to the house. We stayed with a baby and dog in the accommodation and all felt very welcome, in good hands and comfortable. Everything that was needed was available and the hosts were very easy to reach and helpful.

This was a truly wonderful place to stay while visiting Amsterdam! The neighborhood is in a wonderful location with easy walking distance to Vondelpark, great restaurants and the tram. It’s a great place away from the crowds and the perfect place to call home while on vacation. While the neighborhood was wonderful, the best part about this place is the host. Joze is very responsive and very flexible. She accommodated to our request for storing bags before check in and even spent the morning helping the cleaner so we could just check in early after our long flights. She gave wonderful suggestions and the size of the place is perfect for 4 people. Choosing to stay at this place was definitely the best thing we could have chosen to make our trip to Amsterdam so wonderful!
