Typical Dutch accommodation, as described. Quite spacious, it allows easy access to the city center in just 30 minutes thanks to the transport nearby. Karin was very responsive and understanding following a train issue. Our host was thoughtful and friendly. We can only recommend staying at Karin's place! Thanks to her!

The stay was lovely. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but that wasn't a problem. There was parking in front of the property. The apartment was neat and very nice (just like in the photos). There was nothing missing in the apartment. In addition, the apartment was a bit remote, but still quite central. In addition, Peet gave us tips on what we could do on site. We traveled as a family of three. We can only recommend Peet and the property.

Very nice apartment but on a reasonably busy road. For the rest, everything was very clean a short distance from the city and a lovely bed.

The apartment is cozy, has everything necessary. The location directly on the water is very nice, on foot you can explore the pretty place with nice restaurants, by bus you can get to Amsterdam quickly about every 15 minutes. Cycling tours via Volendam, Edam and Marken are also absolutely recommended. Jorge and Peter live in the house and were very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

An unforgettable sea view, from the living room as from the bed, which promises magical awakenings. The balcony is very nice, the apartment is well heated when it is cold, the instructions were clear on arrival, with a key box. The beach is a few meters away. There are just no working curtains or blinds if you prefer to sleep in the dark. There is a paid car park a few meters away which is not very expensive.

Staying in this apartment definitely added positive impressions to our trip! The morning view of the water is priceless! Inside, we had everything we needed, and the temperature was adjustable. If you don’t have a car, the 25-minute walk from the nearest train station might feel a bit long. However, during our three-day stay, we didn’t find it tiring. Getting to the center of Amsterdam takes a total of about 60-70 minutes.

A small house with beautiful views directly on the lake. There are many excursions in the area. The host was very nice, available at all times and responded to us quickly. Highly recommended for holidays.

Very cozy cabin which included everything you could ever need for you stay. Right next to a beautiful park and close by to Utrecht Central Station. Evelien is a very responsive and friendly host. We truly enjoyed our comfortable stay.

We have found our home away from home when we visit North Holland. Katelijne was an amazing host and we immediately felt at home. She considered our every need before our arrival and had the house clean and ready for an early check-in to accommodate our flight arrival. The neighborhood is stunning and the home is a relaxing break from the business of Amsterdam.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. An easy drive from the Amsterdam, plenty of nearby grocery stores and the drive to the airport was quick. The space was perfect for us to relax and for my 11 month old to play with the toys, books and in the yard space. Christien was always responsive and would check in to see how things were going which I appreciated. The home is just as cozy as it looks in the photo.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

The space is a dream. Very central but still quiet. You can walk to the beach with many beach bars as well as in the dunes. But the highlight is the view. From the living room you have a direct view of the beach (including spectacular sunsets) and from the sleeping area on the national park. Thanks for the great hospitality!

As a family of three, with a 2 year old, we had a really enjoyable stay. Communication was spot on and if something was missing, the owners came quickly to bring it to us. Really recommended, amazing place, full of walkable nature around it.

Small nice apartment that we found clean, centrally located, yet quiet . Comfortable beds, bathroom mini but it is completely sufficient . We will be happy to come back. Sandra

We stayed a week at Hugo's place. Everything was top notch from beginning to end. The location is truly perfect, putting you right in the middle of everything yet on a peaceful street. It was amazing how quiet the nights were. The location is walkable to most anything in the city center, or an easy trip to a tram or bus stop. We enjoyed hearing the church bells and seeing ducks and swans in the canal. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would also like to add that I was there with my teen daughter, and we felt completely safe in the area and inside the apartment. Hugo was very friendly and provided great communication. Everything went so smooth that we didn't need to communicate much through the stay, but he did check in on us to make sure we were happy and all was good. Hugo's place will be the first I recommend to any family or friends traveling to Amsterdam, and I hope to stay there again in the future.

We only stayed one night but the apartment is really well decorated and squeeky clean. Amazing bathroom!

It was a nice place to stay in a great location. It is very suitable to see all the cities in Holland, everything very close. We highly recommend it for couples. The hostess was very helpful and friendly.

Julie is extremely accommodating and very kind. Communication was very quick at all times and with all the necessary tips to find the apartment. However, I should have taken a closer look at the advertisement, because it is a basement apartment, with natural light, but only accessible via a very steep staircase and without a view in any direction. In the end effect, it is a large room with an on sweet kitchen, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom all very nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the sinks are extremely small and this provides wet feet when, for example, brushing your teeth or face washing otherwise superbly lovingly furnished, functional with everything you need.
