A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

In the center of Reisdere. 5 minutes from Alaçatı and the sea. All rooms have electric radiators, two bedrooms have air conditioning. The old barn was decorated and turned into a residence. The second floor is on rafters and the house is very spacious because the ceiling is high. The walls are 40 cm thick, so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. There's also air conditioning in the dining room. For those who are considering staying in winter, there is an electric radiator in each room.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.
