Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal path, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local places.

Ideally located, bright, quiet and 150 m walk from the historic center with the best shops. Ideal for a relaxing vacation or for a telecommuting combined with a real quality of life. Come and enjoy the magnificent sunsets facing the sea every evening in this charming Breton house, close to the village, beaches, the pier and all the activities of Île aux Moines. The house has 3 stars which ensures you a high level of comfort and the presence of numerous facilities. Cleaning and linen fees are not included in the nightly rate (see "other information" below).

Charming accommodation with a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast facing the rising sun and a view of the Gulf. You will only have a few minutes' walk to go for a swim in the sea and enjoy yourself in the nearby creperies and restaurants. Not to mention the coastal trail (full tour 24 km) on which you will enjoy the beauty of this pearl of the Gulf.

I offer my fisherman's cabin-style house, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, with stunning 180° views of the Gulf, along the coastal trail (GR 34) in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops, restaurants, marina and thalassotherapy 5 km away. Your pets are welcome and will also enjoy a fenced 800 m² plot.

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
