The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Our "little piece of paradise" is close to the beach and shops (a grocery store 300 m away and the beach 500 m away). You will appreciate it for the comfort and tranquility, in a quiet area of the island. The 2 terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It's good for solo travelers and families (with kids). This is a great base for exploring the island! Please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival!

Seaside getaway

Comfortable studio, in a quiet residence, 100 m from Rockroum beach and thalassotherapy, close to the pier for the island of Batz and the center of Roscoff. Everything can be done on foot! Many hiking trails run along the coastline, offering breathtaking views. Bed linen (140*190) and towels are not provided. However, if necessary, I can provide bed linen on request. Cleaning must be done before departure.

Studio with a terrace

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with an adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace leads to the studio and is private. We have a bike room and the neighborhood is quiet
