Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. We offer two rooms (see other listing) in our 4P accommodation on the ground floor with 2 terraces and a small garden in the heart of a recent residence at the entrance to the Grand Parc des Coquibus. Beautiful Eiffel Tower view, private studio & balcony

The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with an Eiffel Tower view is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

Pleasant room in Gournay

As a mother living with my 2 children and a very nice little dog, I rent a 9 m2 room. The room consists of a convertible bed for 1–2 people, a desk and a shelf. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Linens and towels are provided. Tea and coffee are available. My house is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop in the city center.
