Studio indépendant avec kitchenette équipée et salle de bains privée, à 8mn à pied du métro (Ligne 7, directe en 25 min vers le centre ville de Paris via Opéra, Musée du Louvre, Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville...). A proximité de l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle, de la Gare de l'Est et de la Gare du Nord et du stade de France. Tous commerces à proximité : supermarché, pharmacie, marché local, boulangerie, etc. La ville est populaire, cosmopolite et se transforme avec le Grand Paris et les Jeux Olympiques.

Cosy cocoon, 20min Paris/Orly, tram/subway at 300m

Welcome home! This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.

Detached house close to Paris/train and Disneyland

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Large studio with fireplace a short walk to the forest

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).
