Close to restaurants, bars, pizzerias, markets, bakeries and essential services. It does not have a garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building, which is quiet.

You can access the 3 beaches in the area on foot: 80 m from Prainha, 450 m from Enseada and 750 m from Praia Grande. Close to the bakery, market, restaurants and shops in general. There is also an express laundry service just 100 metres away. Spacious, it has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and an air-conditioned living room/kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 7 people. There is no shortage of water in high season. We accept pets and have ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
