Holiday rentals with lake access in Ilha Primeira

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

We were 8 friends and the house accommodated us very well for what we needed, the condominium is quiet and safe. It is a few meters from the beach, which has kiosks and huts, however, there are not many restaurant options nearby, but less than 10 minutes away you can go to Olégario Maciel, which has complete options of restaurants and bars. Carol was helpful and promptly met all our needs and answered all our questions.

We had a wonderful experience in this beach house! The atmosphere is super pleasant, well decorated and with a delicious energy — perfect for resting and enjoying with friends or family. The employee who attended us was extremely attentive, helpful and always willing to help with what was necessary. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, just like in the photos. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Stefany is the type of host every host should strive to be. Her and her mother were incredible and was there before I could ask for anything. In a local community of Rio she made me feel right at home. Showed me around and always checked in to see how I was doing. Amazing experience.

Highly recommended. Great location and area. Portería 24hs available and Christian was very accessible for check-in and check-out hours thanks to that. It is a very comfortable space for two people, everything worked well and in good condition. Good cleanliness, comfy bed, fan, air, WiFi, up to an Alexa haha. I hope we can come back soon!

The stay was very pleasant and your hosts were very attentive. The facilities are perfect, safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend it to those who want a quiet stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Isabele's apartment is beautiful and cooler in person than in the pictures. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the beach, close to the Flamengo Museum and the lagoon. It has a nearby plaza where you can take a scooter or an app bike and take a ride from Leblon to Copacabana on the waterfront, it's a delight. The apartment is super well-equipped and we didn't lack anything. Isabele is great at communication, proactive and flexible with check-in and check-out. I will definitely return on the next trip to Rio! A single suggestion of improvement would be to place black-out curtains on the bedrooms (in the morning there is plenty of sunshine, but this is easily solved by the guest with a sleep mask). It was a great experience!

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

The stay was great, Patrícia was wonderful, received us very well, the condominium is super practical and with many conveniences such as a 24h market on the ground floor of the building, gym and a more complete grocery with a bakery 3 minutes from the building. The condominium is about 15 minutes away from the beach. A free ferry must be taken.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Gabriel is extremely polite and kind, always responding very quickly, providing us with all the necessary information. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice house and property. We enjoyed it even with the rainy weather. This is our second time going and we are very satisfied. We'll be back more often. The kids loved it and our little dog had fun with so much space to run and play.

Antonio was very helpful and companionable, gave tips about the city, always called for an afternoon coffee and a game of dominoes at the end of the day. The house is immense, the garden is wonderful and there is a delicious swimming pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a nice swim. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities described.
