Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Это двухэтажная квартира- на первом этаже кухня-студия с раскладывающимся диваном и огромная ванная комната; на втором этаже просторная спальня с большим окном.
