Enjoy peace and relaxation in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by green areas, forests and a lake. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The property is idyllically located in a valley with lots of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with 3 beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and a small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
