I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with Oussama was excellent — he was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

We had a great time both big and small. The owner is very very friendly and especially responsive. The house fits perfectly with the description and even better in real life than in the photo. The pool is bigger than the pictures. Very clean house and it feels like home When we arrived there were little touches for the kids , drinks and cool water. The caretaker is adorable and as soon as he needs something we ask him in the hour he brings it to you. We also have a lot of small addresses from the owner. We will go back without hesitation . Thank you so much for hosting and kindness.

The villa was perfect for our family of 5 with small children. The pool was perfectly heated, the rooms were spacious and clean. The living room with the big smart tv with Netflix was also ideal for the evenings after playing all day in the pool. The city center was 20 min drive, which was perhaps a bit far but then again, the neighborhood was quiet and at night you couldn’t hear anything. We really enjoyed our stay and big thank you to Ibrahim from Palm Agency for his quick replies and to the security team at the gate.

El Mostapha was very welcoming, accommodating, responsive and available. The Riad house is nicely decorated with a beautiful terrace overlooking a green area and the swimming pool. In short, I highly recommend this place and thank El Mostapha again for everything.

Villa Atlas Farm is in a very peaceful setting with loads of space for our children to run around. The hosts could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic. There is a lovely man Hicham who cleans the pool each day, very friendly with the kids and was on hand for anything we needed - but respected our privacy. He bought us a tray of eggs from the chickens which we really enjoyed eating. The property is about 40 minutes away from Central Marrakech, so be prepared to drive everywhere you need to go, but it was lovely being in the peace and quiet, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Our kids (5 & 7) loved the pool, trampoline, football goals and space to explore. The hammock is lovely to relax. Very relaxing week if you're looking to disconnect and chill. We really enjoyed Oasisiria Water Park was a big hit for our children, as was exploring the souls and we found plenty of family friendly places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful villa 20 minutes from the center. Easy access. The house is on one level, which is an asset when you have children. Besides, there is a paddling pool area for little ones in the pool. Our host Ahmed was available and very responsive! His attitude and kindness towards us was beneficial to our stay. The cooks Khadija and Naima are also very nice and approachable. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again during my next stays in Marrakech.
