I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with Oussama was excellent — he was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Juste waouh!! La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos! Nous avons fait de magnifiques rencontres. Raula a été à nos côtés pendant ces 10 jours pour la cuisine et c’est une vraie pépite! Nous remercions également sincèrement Youssef et Raula pour leurs présences lorsque nous avons dû consulter en urgences pour nos enfants. C’était très rassurant! Merci de tout cœur pour ces magnifiques vacances. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête….!! Nous recommandons vivement 😊

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour autant les grand que les petits. La propriétaire est très très sympathique et surtout réactive. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et même encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo. La piscine et plus grande en vrai que sur les photos. Maison très propre et on s’y sent comme à la maison Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait des petites attentions pour les enfants , des boissons et de l’eau au frais . Le gardien est adorable et dès que l’ont a besoins de quelque choses on lui demande dans l’heures il vous l’apporte. Nous avons eux également de la part de la propriétaire plein de petites adresses. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter . Merci milles fois pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

The villa was perfect for our family of 5 with small children. The pool was perfectly heated, the rooms were spacious and clean. The living room with the big smart tv with Netflix was also ideal for the evenings after playing all day in the pool. The city center was 20 min drive, which was perhaps a bit far but then again, the neighborhood was quiet and at night you couldn’t hear anything. We really enjoyed our stay and big thank you to Ibrahim from Palm Agency for his quick replies and to the security team at the gate.

El Mostapha était très accueillant, arrangeant, réactif et disponible. La maison Riad est joliment décorées avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur un espace vert et la piscine. Bref, je recommande vivement cette adresse et remercie encore une fois El Mostapha pour tout.

Villa Atlas Farm is in a very peaceful setting with loads of space for our children to run around. The hosts could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic. There is a lovely man Hicham who cleans the pool each day, very friendly with the kids and was on hand for anything we needed - but respected our privacy. He bought us a tray of eggs from the chickens which we really enjoyed eating. The property is about 40 minutes away from Central Marrakech, so be prepared to drive everywhere you need to go, but it was lovely being in the peace and quiet, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Our kids (5 & 7) loved the pool, trampoline, football goals and space to explore. The hammock is lovely to relax. Very relaxing week if you're looking to disconnect and chill. We really enjoyed Oasisiria Water Park was a big hit for our children, as was exploring the souls and we found plenty of family friendly places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Très belle villa à 20 minutes du centre. Facile d’accès. La maison est plein pied , ce qui est un atout lorsque l’on a des enfants. D’ailleurs il y a une partie pataugeoire pour les plus petits dans la piscine. Notre hôte Ahmed a été disponible et très réactifs ! Son attitude et sa bienveillance envers nous a joué en faveur de notre séjour. Les cuisinières Khadija et Naima sont aussi très gentilles et accessibles. Je n’hésiterais pas à relouer cette villa lors de mes prochains séjours à marrakech.
