Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Has everything you need. Beautiful private garden. Very clean. Easy to go by bus from central station. Highly recommended.

Staying at Laura’s place was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Laura is one of the most friendly and service-minded hosts I’ve ever met. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Casa Lagotta is located in a quiet village, just a few kilometers from Comacchio and the Po Delta Park. The house is structured on two floors, on the ground the living area and the bathroom, on the second floor the sleeping area with two very spacious bedrooms. The decor is simple and in good working order. Great couch, spacious enough for our family of 5. During our short stay we did not get a chance to take advantage of the kitchen, but at first glance there is everything to get on the stove like at home (there is also a dishwasher). However, for the lazy, a few minutes away on foot, there are a couple of bars and restaurants. Regarding the host, Lara greeted us when we arrived and we stayed in touch during our stay, for suggestions on restaurants and activities in the area. In conclusion, a positive experience in line with our expectations, both for the home and for the support received from the host.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

We spent 4 days in Simona's house. Apartment is just inside the "old town", very close to the parking lot and from there you can walk in the centre in minutes. It's a very cozy and beautifully furnished place, very clean and with all possible amenities for both a short or a long stay. Communication was quick and easy, no problem at all for any of our needs and Simona is ready to offer all suggestions to find the best places for food, drinks, ice cream and so on. We strongly recommend this house for your stay in beautiful Modena.

It's almost a shame to only stay there for one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, friendly, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good name with friends or your half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I will not think twice about where to book!

Mattia is a very nice host, very easy to communicate with and he tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He recommended very nice restaurants which were very good :) The Apartment itself is a dream, you have everything what you can think of. The locations is in the middle of the city, you can reach everything by foot and you're surrounded with everything you'll need. Even tho it´s in the center its quite and not very loud, we very much enjoyed it. If you're considering to coming to Bologna, stay at Mattia´s Apartment, its very much worth it :)

Flor's place is a spacious and comfortable apartment, beautiful, tastefully furnished, functional and very comfortable. Conveniently located especially if you are traveling by car. Very easy to find parking near the apartment. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the wonderful center of Modena. Flor Host super friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in the center of Bologna. You can walk to the historic city center in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and other shops are just close to the apartment. Antonio personally welcomed us upon arrival, although we arrived late. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is totally clean and you have everything you need. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is very quiet. There is also a nice balcony where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

Monica's apartment is very pleasant, located in the center of Carpi in a historic building completely renovated in the common areas, preserving elements of architectural value such as wooden beams and beautiful brick vaults, even inside the house. The accommodation is perfect, recently renovated and furnished with care and good taste. It was delivered to us super clean. It has an elevator. The host has always been punctual, precise and responsive. Recommended!

Perfect stay! The B&B was very clean and very comfortable, with all the necessary comforts. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from the first contact. The real gem was the garage: very comfortable and safe, an added value no less. Absolutely recommended!
