In the 15th century the apartment was part of the monastery of S. Maria degli Angeli, the Carmelite sisters who became closed nuns. In the monastery lived and died Santa Maria Maddalena de 'Pazzi. Coming to the present day the apartment has been recently renovated with antique furniture and fine finishes and enjoys a wide and wonderful view over Florence with its flowered terraces, the church of Cestello, the Duomo and the bell tower of Giotto.
