Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! The almost 100-year-old farmhouse is located at 1200 m above sea level and has a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of the area. The house is mostly in its original condition, but without having to sacrifice any comfort. Electric stove, oven, dishwasher, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV with Magenta TV and Fire TV Stick is all available. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet after the many cultural and sporting activities that our area has to offer.
