This house was incredible. Helene was fantastic, when we pulled in she came out and walked us through the residence. It is so spacious. There were only 3 of us, we could have brought many more friends and would not have been on top of each other. The views of the mountains are just awe inspiring. I would find myself standing in the window or o. The porch just staring. The house is so clean and ready for us to move in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook some amazing meals for everyone in the neighborhood. Helene was very responsive, well before our trip. Helped us with ski rentals, lift tickets. Once we were there she pointed us to a local bakery, and best of all, the shortcut to cross the river. This was an incredible holiday, and I am so glad we stayed here. If we are able to return I will definitely try to book with Helene again.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a great vacation, skiing in Sölden and Obergurgl. It was a cozy, spacious, fully equipped and well located apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with a great river and mountain view from its living room. In the basement there was a room with ski racks and boot dryers, which we found very useful. If you have an electric car, there is a charger 200 meters down the street the house is located at. During our stay it was occupied almost always, so we charged our car in Sölden next to the gondola lifts.

Good location, vanuir Oetz can go everywhere. At the end of every afternoon, Petra came to water the flowers. And always in for a chat. great. Recommended

Very nice house and clean

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

One of the best Airbnb stay I had in years! Apartment was great,everything you need for you're stay. Clean and large, with beautiful view. Definitely I'll come back in the winter!

The place was great for us. There were four of us and we did a spontaneous ski weekend in Ötz and surroundings. For this, the cabin was super sufficient and had almost everything you needed. The description of the home was in line with reality. Parking was as great as the connection. The ski bus stop was, for example, only a few minutes' walk from the property.

Elisabeth and Michele are ideal host and wife. They are always available if you have a question and are very jovial. Although they also live in the house, you feel sufficiently private. Very large apartment with nice spacious kitchen (with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, herbs, ...), cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (each with shower), heated space for the ski equipment. The beautiful view and proximity to the ski slopes complete it. We recommend this apartment!

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

Kathrin's chalet is very cozy. It stretches over two levels. Downstairs is a dining table, an open kitchen and a couch with a small table and TV view. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. On the upper level are the bedroom and bathroom. The bed, with a very good mattress, is in the corner of the upper floor and is therefore only accessible from one side. As a result, there is only one reading lamp by the bed. The bathroom is very nice and was very clean. There is also plenty of storage space. Overall, the chalet is cozy and you feel at home. A covered parking space is also very practical, which is available directly at the house. Katrin's father is very friendly and provided us with useful tips.

Super cute cabin. Very clean. We did not have any in-person contact Cor place with Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.
