La casa está en rodeada de un campo de almendros, algarrobos y otros árboles típicos mallorquines. De fácil acceso y a pocos minutos de las localidades vecinas. Un lugar ideal para la desconexión pero con las comodidades de la vida urbana. Esperamos que te sientas como en tu propio hogar.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

A quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and its own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Fully renovated house, located in the municipality of Inca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for cyclists. The house has two floors: on the lower floor, there is the hall, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. It has an exit to a backyard with a garden area, and a glazed porch at the back. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms with ceiling fans (one of them with access to a terrace), and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Tourist license: ETV11919

Traditional house converted into a spectacular space to enjoy your vacation. Located in the highest and quietest part of the village. Incredible views of a unique environment. Access is pedestrian and with several flights of stairs, but the reward is in the impressive sunsets you will see from the terrace. There is a public parking lot 8 minutes from the property.

In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
