It is a 7 minute walk to Blundellsands train station which takes you into the centre of Liverpool in under 25 minutes or Southport in 30 minutes. This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
