Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Incline Village

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

This is the cutest (updated) Craftsman, it felt unique to be lodging in older Reno history, so close to the riverwalk (less than 2 blocks) and quick access to all the cool artsy vibes and flavors Reno has to offer. I especially appreciated and enjoyed the refreshed kitchen full of useful gadgets. Kelly keenly fused furnishings of the time with modern comforts. Beds were newer, soft, yet firm enough and comfortable. I especially loved the hard wood floors, in the front of the house, vintage windows, tile work and unique rugs. Neighbors were kind/patient with AirBnB. This was a perfect fit for our needs; two full bathrooms, two quality beds, kitchen to work in, a washer & dryer, a spot to enjoy morning coffee and centrally located to the riverwalk. The house was great and easy to find. The remodel was lovely and had a great feel throughout the house. We would definitely go back again. I would highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Elton’s place was amazing and beautiful! Immediately felt at home once we got there. Everyone loved their rooms comfy, we didn’t want to leave . Highly recommend will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

Jeff, was a great host and everything was as advertised in the AirBnB listing. We were a party of 9 in town for a wedding (3 couples, 3 solo, 1 child, 1 dog). This was one of the few spaces in Reno that have us all the private space for each guest, was pet friendly and multiple living room arrangements. We lucked into finding Jeff's space as it really gave us everything we needed from our stay. The location was convenient, the place was super clean, the furniture was all comfortable, and the setup was spacious. We only had one minor issue with the keypad being glitchy when we first arrived (these things happen), but Jeff was on it and had the situation remedied within minutes. He was super responsive. 5/5 stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a large group that needs room and flexible room arrangements.

This home was beautiful and spacious! We stayed here for a short weekend trip and the house was quite big and very clean. Host provided so many amenities that I haven’t seen at other air bnb’s that we’ve stayed at. This is a new neighborhood and it felt very safe and we felt right at home. This is a great place to stay that’s in the middle between Reno and Lake Tahoe as it’s about 25-35 minute to each so it’s great if you don’t want to pay Tahoe or Reno prices but still get a high quality air bnb. The check in and out instructions were very clear I didn’t really have any questions. 10/10 I would recommend to stay here!

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Jeffrey’s Hotel for one night and had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I tried using the toaster and it started smelling and smoking a bit, but other than that we really liked it here (the beds are really comfortable), I just wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

This house is very nice and very up to date. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would think of such as kitchen items and laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We had an issue with a missing key when we arrived so we couldn’t get in right away, but that was just because the housekeeper left it on the kitchen counter and Maddie sent a lock smith over right away to get us in. Overall we had a great stay.

Barbora & Curtis were great hosts. Always responsive and answered the many questions I had. The location is convenient and very close to groceries. Garage was deep and roomy, there was a sled and plenty of shovels, boot warmers, and a ping pong table! Inside the house looked even better in person. There is a fireplace and central heating/cooling. Wasn’t a huge fan of the slippery couches but it still did the job. Everything was pretty clean for the most part, plus extra sheets and towels. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and seasonings for cooking. We went mid March when there were tons of snow on the ground to play with in the backyard. Keep in mind there are no fences and the space is shared with other houses, but we were the only ones out in the back so it felt pretty private. There is a slight hill and were able to create a sled run! We ran into a bobcat while taking the dog out at night, and we also heard coyotes howling nearby. Overall, cozy place and I’d recommend to anyone.

Lovely little cabin. Lots of charm and all the things you need are available. Tahoma was relaxing and beautiful and the host was super responsive.

Lise & Tim’s cabin was the perfect home base for a quick weekend ski trip to Palisades/Alpine, just 15 min drive away and 3 min drive down to the lake and grocery stores. My group all said we wished we could stay longer because the cabin was so cozy and well stocked with kitchen supplies (plus spices, tea/coffee, etc), games, books, and DVDs. We will be back!

Had such an amazing stay for my mom’s birthday. We felt right at home, nice and cozy and everything was exactly as pictured! We loved the restaurant recommendations and all the amenities provided, it made everything easier and lighter on the packing. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay! We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t sure where or how to check in, but after reading another review that mentioned an office, we were able to find our way. The gentleman who gave us instructions was very kind and helpful and informed us of a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The location is great, a few minutes away from downtown Truckee, restaurants and stores and about a 30-40 minute drive from Incline Village, Sand Harbor Beach, and other nearby beaches. We would definitely book again!

Doug and Marlene’s place is everything you could want for a Tahoe getaway. After staying in 10+ places in Truckee, this is by far our favorite. It’s spacious, cozy, and fully stocked, with plenty of room for gear. The abundance of towels (a rare find!), a huge kitchen, and an oversized garage - big enough for two SUVs with room to spare - made our stay even better. The hot tub is perfectly placed right off the back door, super private, and no snow trekking required. The beds were incredibly comfortable, too. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked our next stay!

What a great place and location. Close to everything Tahoe. Susan was available to answer any questions we had and all her directions and advice was easy and accurate. We had a great ti.e exploring rhe area and went o. several great hikes just minutes away. Restaraunts and groceries were just around the corner and all of Susan's recommendations were great.
