I would like to record the immense satisfaction of myself and my family for the lodging in the apt of Mr. Manoel. We were in 4, being a baby. Impeccable apt, perfect functionality, excellent cleaning (I have rhinitis and always suffer/I have ZERO problems. I felt comfortable). Condominium and beach service equally impeccable, helpful and flexible! Amazing structure! We'll be back for sure and recommend c/mta satisfaction. Everyone is to be congratulated for the services provided!

This was our first experience in the App…And we were glad it all went well.When Fernando always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly,demonstrating ready to help. To what is up to the Ap we feel well at home, clean and organized environment,utensil in the basic kitchen but the necessary. The local staff are very attentive/polite. And the beach service was the icing on the cake we love. We'll definitely be back and you're already saved to your favorites. Note:Our pet tb amou 😄

I had already stayed 2 times at Gustavo Cobertura, in the same building, same tower, very , very good! This time, we are tb in the apartment of Flávia, which is experience apart. Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Flávia, it was a privilege to have stayed in your beautiful apartment, we will be back for sure. Besides, the condominium's employees are extremely kind, polite and proactive. PERFECT!!

Amanda was super cordial, proactive and helpful in the contacts we need to make with her. In the apartment, we feel very comfortable - like at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we were with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old), the wives felt that the apartment was a bit far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and went back on foot (after all, it gives practically 3 blocks at the most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the Mall and the main avenue.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

We mainly like the very well ventilated balcony, wonderful view, just a detail permission to smoke on the balcony, for those who do not smoke and smokers smoke in the balcony, it is disrespected the privacy could not have lunch or coffee! Noise at will permit is good for each other not, the neighbor with the sound of booming! Personnel I'm talking about the building, but the wonderful apartment is all good organized, no utensil missing! The unforeseen were determined by nature, lots of rain! The flat was well equipped and cleaned, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condominium has great structure and delivered everything you promised in the Airbnb description. Very nice! Communication with Renata was excellent. Apartment exactly the same as the photos, very comfortable. I went with my baby and the place is very calm, heated pool. The space has Van to the beach, where we do not use it on behalf of the baby, but we meet guests from other units that used the service and it was excellent. When we arrived we noticed that the air-conditioning in the suite was not working and Renata promptly answered us and solved our problem the next day in the morning. In fact, we had to do everything by car, but this wasn't a problem for us. We will definitely come back and recommend the place.

The apartment is larger than the pictures suggest, very comfortable. It was clean and organized. Perfect location, glued to the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. The complete condominium with attentive and polite staff. Host Rafael was very polite, helpful and flexible. My family loved the place and we intend to come back more often. Excellent cost/benefit. The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

Great apartment, the beach service and very good condominium structure! Very complete kitchen. We were with a baby and it was very quiet. Differential: having Maria José every day assisting with the cleaning.

Adriana always very helpful, responded very quickly to the messages of questions, about tips and matters pertinent to the location. All check-in and check-out deadlines were met. We found everything clean, neat. It has all equipment and utensils for kitchen, bed, table and bath. Great beach service! The only exception would be with respect to Van who takes only to the bridge to enter the condominium of Riviera de São Lourenco beach, next to where the beach kits are set up, being a long distance to walk with a small child and carrying Heavy Cooler and bags also of items of use. It would be another suggestion to even evaluate them entering the condominium, as it did not do much to walk just a few meters and have to go to the feet a longer distance. But it was useful, but the other days we went with our car even for the ease of being at the entrance to the beach. But everything was perfect! And the stay is close to other beaches in Sao Sebastião tb.
