Good possibilities for walks in the forest, fishing trips both in Glomma and small ponds. During the summer you can swim both in Stiklatjern and Sandstangen, road all the way up. The sand bar is a 300-meter-long of morenegrus on the east side of the Øyeren in Trøgstad. Stiklatjern is located northeast of Båstad, the swimming area has the hottest bathing water with super water quality, and a barbecue area is also built up.
