The house is located 1 km from an ICA supermarket and the 3 nearby bathing beaches. Kitchen, composting toilet, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 52-inch TV, App TV, Wi-Fi, private patio with parasol. Private outdoor area. Parking by the garage. The sofa folds down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass is available Self check-in is via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code will come upon booking.

Own part of villa, with sauna, charging box for your electric car

Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

This cozy and simple cottage of 36 sqm is beautifully surrounded by forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquility all year round, walk in the area or get to the sea by bus or car. Two lakes are within 10 minutes walking distance. Bicycles/exercise equipment can be borrowed. Here you can easily get here by bus 428X from Slussen (about 35 minutes) plus a walk of 13 minutes (1.2 km). There is no oven or indoor shower. We have a portable outdoor shower and real outdoor shower in the summer. Note: Guests who book must be highly rated from Airbnb.

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house exudes a love of nature and is located on a peaceful island in the Stockholm archipelago, which is mostly made up of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, a wood-fired sauna, 2 sea kayaks (K1) and 4 bicycles (all included in the rent).

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
