We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alder Lodge. Perfect location for exploring beautiful countryside and north Norfolk coast, superbly kitted out for adults and children, really useful information on local food spots and things to do, very clean and spacious house, we lacked for nothing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and hope to return. Suzanne is a responsive and extremely accommodating host, thank you very much.

Natalie's static home is in good order, presented spotlessly, and is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. We were there a week with sunny days and slightly chilly evenings and nights. We appreciated the main gas fire in the living area, and the several electric fan heaters Natalie had provided. Even in the school Easter holidays we were surprised at how peaceful the site was. Natalie is the epitome of good organisation, and instructions for arriving and departing were simple and crystal clear, with response time to any query being within the hour. I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

This was our third time staying at this wonderful holiday home! Our kids love it and it is the perfect location for a quieter place to stay yet still be in easy reach of all the fun attractions such as Skegness! It was immaculately clean and super cosy and comfy! Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

went for a family getaway with our parents and my son. The location is amazing the house was beautiful just like the pictures and description! the house has everything you needed and was one of the cleanest ones I have stayed in. the location is great right by the beach and restaurants. Madeleine was great and very helpful on the day we arrived we couldn't get the heating to work and she was right round and fixed it! great host and great house we will definitely be back!

Perfectly situated for our weekend away in Woodhall Spa and Lincoln the accommodation is beautiful and in lovely quiet surroundings, we could have sat and relaxed in front of the big window looking out at the view for weeks. It is spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely be back again! Thanks Katie x

We had a lovely stay, helen was there to greet us and show us round,chocolates on bed were a lovely thought ,also basket of hot drinks to mix,which we were very grateful for, She was so helpful,it made the holiday special,everywhere was spotless,and when we saw her in the week,she always asked if needed anything, she was perfect host

We had an excellent four nights in the studio at Chris and Sonia’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described… in fact better. The upstairs spacious bed/sitting room was a particular delight…. Light, airy and very comfortable. It was easy to manage meals with the microwave and good local pubs. It is set in a beautiful garden ( which we could share with the owners) in a very peaceful village . Lots of lovely walks and bike trails from the door or a short drive away. Lincoln was a great place to visit as was the Market Rasen Race course……for a Park Run!!! The owners were very friendly and helpful but never intrusive. Spotlessly clean and generous breakfast provisions left for us. Really great stay.

Exactly as described, reliable place to stay in a good location

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Amazing location, 5 minutes to the beach and funfair. Place was really clean and had a great hot shower!! Ash was really prompt at answering questions and super helpful.

A lovely place to stay. Well equipped and easy walking distance to the main high street. The shower was hot and powerful and the place has a huge TV in the living room. The large beds were comfortable and we slept very well as very quiet overnight. Also has available off street parking, which was handy as the road does not have much parking availability. However, the main car park is only around the corner and is only £3 to park all day. Overall, it was a great place for an overnight stay, thank you Neil.

Had a great few days in Hunstanton for Easter with my young family - the apartment had everything we needed, and great location for popping back to during the day

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

Wonderful stay with our grandsons for 2 nights over Easter. Position couldn’t be any better with such close access to the beach. The eldest grandson aged 10 said he would “ definitely recommend it”! Very handy to have a private parking space as we know from past experience how busy the car park can get especially in the height of the season. It was also nice to have access to the small outside play area after closing hours of the cafe as it meant the boys could let off a bit of steam before bedtime. Overall a great stay and the grandsons are already asking when can we do it again!

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

We were staying in Louth as my wife was on a course and I was going to “work from home” from the apartment. It turned out to be a great decision, first the flat was 5 minutes from the course venue and there was a perfect space in the flat for working and the WiFi was excellent. We ate in most of the time the kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. Everything was very clean and well looked after, fixtures and fittings were all immaculate, furnishings all looked new and the paintwork was immaculate. Great view of the church and really handy for everything. Took a drive out to mablethorpe one night the whole area is stunning. Moira very quick to respond to any questions and looked after us very well

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.
