A cottage in its own peace in the middle of the forest, no neighbors, but with modern amenities such as running hot water to the kitchen, dishwasher, fireplace and electric heating. From the wood-fired sauna, you can dive into the river, along which you can also take short rowing trips. Good outdoor, fishing, mushroom, and berry terrains. The premises are suitable for 1-2 adults and can also accommodate 1-2 children. Please note: Pets are allowed, but their number is case-specific and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

Atmospheric courtyard building in river landscapes

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The lovely little log cabin has a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, and a small bedroom with a double bed. There is a wood-fired sauna inside. In the yard, there is a neat gazebo, a small log cabin with a double bed that can be made for two additional people, a fire pit for barbecuing, a lean-to and a tree house. You have access to a large yard with a pond where you can cool off after the sauna. Pets are also welcome at our cottages.
