The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a „ Gründerzeit Wohnhaus“ with lift and a nice backyard view. Public transport and activities Discover Vienna without the need of privat or public transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants will spoil yo(URL HIDDEN) and the nightlife of Vienna is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese cafe with the world wide known gateau’s and a great selection of newspapers and first class piano. Or take your chance in the stores, the fantastic shopping malls and the markets of Vienna. Our 75 m² big apartment is close to the Urania between Wien Mitte ( U3;U(URL HIDDEN) and Praterstern ( U1 ) and old town. In our apartment we have rich and updated information about Vienna for you. Take part of the cultural life, the concerts, vernissages, musicals offered by the pusating city. Sight and famous places in our neighborhoods A stroll will lead you along the Donaukanal passing the well known Urania observatory. Next is the Ringstraße with its famous buildings and Palais. The Ringstraße is just outside the former city wall of old Vienna. Following the Kai you will come to Vienna’s famous pedestrian precinct which leads you to St. Stephens Cathedral ( about 20 min away from our apartment ). In the north of Donaukanal you will find after 500m the Wiener Prater, with its landmark the Riesenrad. Surrounded by the Prater-Auen which are perfect to relax. For runners we’ve got a 15km long track. But maybe you prefer the Hundertwasser house which is just e stone’s throw from here. Our Apartment Description of the Apartment: The spacious 75m² Designer-Apartment completely renovated and suitable for 1-4 persons. 1 sleeping room, cabinet, living room with convertible sofa that sleeps 2, perfect equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separated toilet, storeroom and entrance area(URL HIDDEN) Located in a private house, 3rd floor, elevator available. Non smoking, no pets. Equipment: The Apartment is furnished on high standard an well sorted. We supply: 1 TV (cable), Mobil phone or fixed telephone connection, internet connection, hairdryer, washing machine, dish washer, stove with oven, fridge with freezing, coffee machine, plenty of dishes and cutlery, basics like linen, towels, shoeshine, iron utilities and umbrellas can be used free of charge. Additional equipment: baby bed and baby chair on demand, ironing board and electric iron, vacuum cleaner. . Bikes on demand free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure free of agreement. Stock mit Lift, hofseitig gelegen, genießt du eine absolute Ruhelage, aber gleichzeitig ist der Stadtkern einen Katzensprung entfernt. In nur 2 bis 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichst du die berühmte Ringstraße bzw. das Stubentor, welches dir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes das Tor für Entdeckungsabenteuer öffnet. :)

Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

The apartment has a living-room & bedroom, 40sqm, and is within short walking distance to all attractions and is meters away from the metro line U3 and public transport. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know it well in advance.
