Sean was a considerate and friendly host, and his apartment was perfect for my needs. I was there on a weeklong business trip and was grateful for the workspace and fast Wi-Fi. The space was comfortable, clean and quiet. And so cute! Full kitchenette, laundry machine, updated bathroom. It was everything I needed for a successful trip and a lovely stay. It’s located near a very nice area with lots of restaurants and cute shops. The place was very clean and everything worked well. In my opinion is a little small for long-term stays, but besides that it’s perfect. Deanna was very friendly and helpful too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! The location is truly ideal for exploring both Denver and Colorado Springs, making it easy to access a variety of attractions and activities. Throughout our stay, we encountered absolutely no issues—everything was seamless. I was particularly impressed when I realized I had forgotten some necessities; I was able to have an emergency package delivered without any hassle, which was a huge relief. Nathan and his family's residence is located above the Airbnb, but they were incredibly unobtrusive. We hardly noticed their presence, allowing us to feel as though we were in our own private retreat. The space itself is newly renovated, stylish, and comfortable, making it perfect for our group of three. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay in the area!

Janet communicates and responds very quickly to requests. The apartment is very well furnished and is very quiet. We liked it so much, we’ll be staying here with a long-term lease.
