Holiday rentals with a patio in Iosco County

We loved our stay at Linda’s place and will definitely be back! The unit is well appointed with everything you’d need and more, and very clean and spacious. The deck was a treat with dog gates and a Blackstone- surprise! The beach is well manicured (and has fire pits!) and quiet, and is a one minute walk from the unit. Great place for a beach getaway!

We had a great stay at the Aloha House! It was super clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The beach here is huge! I would definitely stay here again! Linda was always available if I had a question or concern.

Nice, cute spot! Bedroom was bigger than expected which was nice. Had everything you needed for a nice stay at the lake. Up north feel and updated!

We love Kyle's place! The house is welcoming with a beautiful view! Kyle & Stephanie were very accommodating the entire time we stayed!!

We just fell in love with this cottage. It’s pristine and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The beach is private and sandy. Hosts were lovely and so easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back

First and foremost Our Host Cassandra was awesome from the time we booked till we left.❤️ We had our first family vacation here and the location and the fishing and the whole area with the beach right down the road was absolutely perfect and beautiful!! Exactly what we wanted!! Also the fully stocked kitchen plus the other one lol was awesome even tho we didn’t even use the upstairs kitchen it was awesome to have it ❤️ My family and I truly recommend this cabin aka RIVER HOUSE 🥰 p.s. We left wood for the next family 🥰

Matt and Mary created a space that was nothing short of wonderful. They thought of everything for their guests to completely enjoy their getaway. We received their permission to use it for a small baby shower, & we were BLOWN away with the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and their willingness to accommodate us. This home was perfect for our needs. We were in town to visit family over the holiday and simply needed a place to lay our heads at night. The home was much more. It’s small but perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the WiFi and were easily able to connect and watch some college football to wind down at the end of the day. The carport was huge. It rained a lot that weekend and I was able to fit my F350 long box under to avoid loading and unloading in the rain. We will definitely be looking to come back to this place in the future.

When our city of Alpena got hit by the ice storm and lost power, this space felt like a vacation getaway. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The house was beautiful and gave us the much needed shelter and warmth to make us forget for a few days the chaos and damage of the ice storm! I would love to stay again in the summer time for another mini vacation.

Beautiful and clean! Loved the interior design. The sunrise coming through the front window is stunning. Short walk to the public entrance of the local beach. Would stay again!

A wonderful location, activities and tranquil location. Extremely responsive host and easy check-in/out. We hope to return next year!
