Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Iowa

Se enjoyed staying here while in town for a family gathering. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the kitchen and living space were perfect for our group of four. Ken had told us about the many stairs inside the entry up to the apartment but it wasn’t a problem for us. Ken was friendly and responsive to our communications. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location and coziness of the Porch Light were great! It was cool to have the communal space in the Salon and we ended up chatting with a very nice man who was at the space for a reading that got canceled. The space was dog friendly, which was lovely to be able to bring our dog. There was a very barky dog in the other unit but I do not fault the Air BnB for that. The walls were thin and there was not much of a sense of privacy during our stay which was fine but changes the atmosphere of a stay. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small notes, we had a nice time! Thank you Jennifer for being a very responsive and lovely host!

Loved it! It’s so cute and a great updated look! Had a nice view for the early mornings and nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it and definitely be staying there again if we got back! Love the little town also!

We had a great two night stay at Tiana’s apartment. It was as described and everything was clean and very comfortable.

Anne’s place was perfect for our trip to Des Moines! We wanted to be downtown and we were working remotely so having the extra space was ideal. Anne had the place well stocked and the instructions for accessing the place and using the parking garage were clear and useful!

Our family had a last minute staycation. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in getting this booked last minute. The apartment is very cozy and feels like you’re at home. They also let me bring my 3 dogs and the neighbor was so sweet. Great spot!

We loved staying in the Artist's Loft. We had never been to Decorah before and we fell in love with the place and loved the location of this place. We could just walk down the street for dinner and shopping. So close to the different trails and easy to get to the breweries. We will definitely be back and would totally stay here again.

This unit worked well enough for our purposes. Lots of space for two adult couples and an infant. Unit was clean and reasonably well stocked. We didn't get a chance to use all of the amenities, but the playground and pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer. One of the adults in our group has accessibility needs. The doors into the building do not have handicap door openers on them, so it may be difficult for someone with accessibility needs to get in by themselves. Other than that, the rest of the building and the unit were more than accessable enough for our purposes.

Amazing place to stay. It is really nice to be able to stay close to family in this area with this level of accommodation. It is so homey to come back to at the end of the day. Exactly what is needed to refresh and recharge.
