It can accommodate 5 people and a baby. No vis-à-vis or shared ownership. Enclosed property: children can play freely. An ideal base for enjoying walks in the forest and exploring the charming small towns of the Perche region (Mortagne, Bellême, etc.). Ideal for working from home, with fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a private connection.

Very nice house located in the heart of a small village in Perche 🌿 In this place, it's simple, everything has been thought out with taste and care, the house is particularly charming thanks to the owners' sense of detail. A garden located at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy a pleasant view of the Perche countryside, deckchairs, table, parasol, barbecue... ideal to enjoy as you wish. The village is conveniently located near Mortagne au Perche and 15 minutes from Bellême!

We are happy to host you at Maison Bubertré. Completely renovated in 2023, it is the perfect place to discover the charms of the Perche. Located in a hamlet 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche, the house consists of 4 bedrooms (double beds, possibility to transform the blue room into 2 single beds), 3 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen open to living room with fireplace, TV lounge and 1 pétanque court. Tree-lined garden.

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

We offer this small cottage in the heart of the Reno Forest. All comforts, cocooning and quiet, for a couple and a child. Enjoy the joys of the fireplace or stroll in the heart of nature. Discover our region on foot, by bike thanks to the many paths that surround us, but also on horseback because we can also accommodate it! 4 boxes, an arena and almost direct access to the forest are major assets of our Site! Family cabin, edge of forest.

This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the Perche forest on a beautiful plot of 10,000 m2 bordered by trees, can accommodate 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (deer are frequently seen and birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family as well as for a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open space of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
