Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!
