Prairie Rock Suite is a fully furnished apartment in our home’s lower level located on a cul-de-sac just 1 mile east of highway 75. You’ll find recliners, a kitchen w/a table, AND a queen bed that gets rave reviews! Warm towels and a sparkling en suite bathroom are yours. Take in the porch swing, fire pit, WiFi and Smart TV. Apartment — down the road from Dordt and park

This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.

Home away from home

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
