Shopping/restaurant complex and CGR cinema 3 min drive. Everything is also within easy walking distance! Lyon Sud and Henry Gabriel Hospitals 5 minutes away! Skate park is a 3-minute walk, Beauregard Park and its castle are a 15-minute walk.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

It is 150 m from Oullins train station, metro, bus lines serving Lyon and southwestern Lyon. By car, access to the A7 motorway is 5 minutes away.
