Quiet and tidy neighborhood, with free off-street parking for up to two vehicles, just minutes from Lake Murray, Saluda Shoals Park and River, shopping and restaurants, and approximatly 15-20 minutes from down town Columbia, the Vista, USC and CIU campuses, and Williams-Brice Stadium.

*My listing is a private and cozy half of a duplex. Any guests will have access to parking, a private entrance, WiFi, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and will be provided with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a tv with cable. The other bedroom includes a desk, office chair, full sized futon, a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a tv with a smart Blu-ray player. *1 mile from Saluda Shoals Park.

My home is a cozy, fun, and loving environment!! The feel is very relaxing and comforting. I love earth tones and plants!! I garden, I work at a hospital as a research coordinator, I have two children and a Maltese. I love all things outdoors, I am an avid connoisseur of diverse cuisines, I love to cook, and I love music, arts, and science! Come stay for a day or a week, you will always feel welcomed and never be bored!! Happy staying!!
What guests are saying:“Host was home to greet me. Cozy home. Beautifully decorated. My room was private. The snacks in the room was a plus. At night I had the munchies and it was a great idea to have them. Would've loved to had bottled water in the room though. There was also a small water fountain which gave a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I slept a full 11 hours. House was quiet and there was some vanilla chai tea that was SO delicious that I made me TWO cups AND ordered me some online. Highly recommended this host. Very polite.”
