Monthly Rentals in Irondale

This Airbnb was by far the cleanest I've stayed at, it was pristine. Adorable decorations, no clutter, lots of space to put away our things. The beds were comfortable and the yard was a great extra space! Brandon, the host, was super responsive and friendly! Anything we asked for he jumped right on it, even if it meant going out and buying something just to make sure we were comfortable! It is clear he wants his guests to enjoy their time there and will put in the effort to back that! The neighborhood did feel pretty run down, but this home is on a good sized property with security cameras and the windows all face your own yard with tall bamboo surrounding it. I'm mentioning it more to say that if you look around at the area and are unsure, it didn't feel like an impact to us. It felt safe and secluded. It's a bonus that you can do anything downtown with just a 15-20 minute commute. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home to others!!

Came from Atlanta for a internship in Leeds, his house was the perfect location. Grocery stores nearby, nice trails, 15 mins from downtown. He was very responsive and was attentive to our issues. He thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we’re ever back in bham he will definitely be the place. Thank you again Tim

We had a great stay for three nights while attending the Talladega stock car races. Beautiful calm spot in contrast with the loud and fast racing. Enjoyed sitting outside listening to birds each morning.

While my stay wasn’t perfect, I don’t believe in perfection and the little things Prudence did to make me feel comfortable make me feel that she deserves a 5 star review. The place was cozy and there were so many amenities I didn’t consider like ziploc bags and laundry detergent that I didn’t expect to be available. The only issue we experienced while on the property involved two large bugs, but we contacted Prudence and she didn’t hesitate to send a guy out to take care of it. All-in-all for value and availability, we enjoyed our stay.
