Holiday rentals with a patio in Irvington

Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

This apartment is very comfortable, clean and private. It is attached to the main house by a breezeway but the entrance is on the side so very private. You have access to the entire yard which is beautifully maintained with flowers and many bushes trees and plants. We enjoyed the deck a lot and although the house isn’t on the water you still have a nice view of the water. TV is super host and very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us extra treats that we enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you! And we would definitely love to come back next time we are able to get away.

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

We love staying here and this was our 4th time. Great house for a family or group of friends. The location is perfect - great town of Irvington and a quick trip to the water. We'll be back!

The place was clean, lovely, and quiet. A 45 min drive to Williamsburg. Lots of natural light. My kids loved the porch-like sunroom (like a screened-in porch but with walls) in the back of the house with the rainbow filtered windows that created little rainbow coloring on the floor when the sunlight shone through. The beds are tall, so we put the dining room chairs around the side of the bed our 3 yr old slept in as a makeshift railing for safety. If you usually sleep with blackout curtains, I recommend bringing a sleepmask as the sunlight pours in in the mornings. The snack basket, card, and coffee were great touches! We also played some of the games there. Would definitely recommend a stay!

A wonderful stay at John's place. John was very hospitable and the rental is at a fantastic location. Very comfortable too with lots of amenities. Our kids had a blast. We will stay here again in the future.

We spent a lovely few days at this home and highly recommend it! The location is fantastic -- right on the water on a quiet creek -- with all the things you need to enjoy yourself. We were very happy to have a fully fenced yard since we brought our dogs. If anything, I think the photos undersell the house: for instance, the furniture in the living room is larger and nicer than it appears in the pics, so you can really spread out and relax in there. A note to EV drivers: we brought our EV and there's conveniently an outdoor 110v outlet on the side of the house next to the driveway.

it was just right for my family for Easter weekend and local business we had to take care of. we were even able to check out the local eating spots and movie/entertainment park.

Mary Lou’s farmhouse in White Stone was the perfect place for a girls’ weekend with my Mom and my daughter. They have done an incredible job renovating and updating the house while still maintaining the historical charm of the farm house. As suspected, the screened in porch was our favorite area of the house and we spent much of our time there. The living room was also very comfortable and the decor is lovely. Lastly, Mary Lou’s local recommendations and quick response were excellent, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!

Our stay at The Pyle Inn in Irvington was absolutely perfect! We decided to take the family on a last minute getaway within a few hours and were very excited to see Nikki's home available within our search. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—charming, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we could possibly need. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful outdoor space with a jacuzzi, we felt right at home. The location was ideal: quiet and serene, yet just a short walk or drive from town with great local restaurants. We especially loved the mornings spent sipping coffee on the porch and the peaceful evenings in the backyard with or without the kids. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions and great recommendations. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. No wonder why Nikki is a SUPERHOST! We will be back soon!
