The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and you are free to bring in your own ingredients and cook for yourself. Kirishima's climate is pleasant, with cosy warmth around the fireplace in winter and cool breezes in summer. About 15 minutes by car to Takachiho-gahara and Onami-ike, It is also an ideal base for mountain climbing and hiking.
