We had a great stay. Jose was responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would recommend this unit for anyone staying short or long term. Many local restaurants and a beautiful walk to the beach.

We are doing a tour of PR and Isabela was one of ours stops. Maribel was amazing and so helpful when it came to checking in. Their home was just as listed but felt so much nicer once we entered. We felt right at home. It was quiet and we were able to get to the beach within 10-15 mins tops. Friday night was also great they had live music at the town’s center at night if anyone will be staying during that time.

Borikua soul shared café & laughs. he really saved my butt, after sooo many attemps of finding an affordable place sonibcan isit my island. if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to visit. the a/c works really great. if you go to Puerto Rico to watch tv, the tv doesnt have local channels so you might want to mirror your cell to the tv. nice water pressure in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this spot if your a big 6'5 300lbs person. for those that read the other reviews: puerto rico is very hot so you will see paint lift on many places on any island. YOUR PAYING VERY CHEAP! if your so ritzy go to a resort. please RESPECT THE ISLAND AND THE CULTURE. YOU ARE THE GUEST.

We were here for 3 weeks. We loved the location, being a short drive to many beaches and good restaurants/food trucks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with the exception of a rooster or two. The bed was pretty comfy, even for my super picky hubby. The kitchen is basic- a cooktop, microwave, and toaster. But it works well enough for 2 people. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! We had a small water issue, but Ramilda was super quick to respond. Also, we made 3 new 4-legged friends with the neighborhood dogs who joined us on every walk we took. They look a little intimidating, but are actually all very sweet. Overall, this was a great place, great value, and we’d definitely recommend it for a short or long stay.
