Monthly Rentals in Isabella Lake

We had the best time staying at Birdies cabin. Myself, my husband and our two children were blown away when we arrived. Everything at the cabin exceeded our expectations. I have to say a huge thank you to Birdie for your quick responses and advice. I would highly recommend birdies cabin. The views are incredible, the kids loved the giant connect 4 and the smores station you set up! We are on a once in a lifetime American road trip with the family, but I would absolutely love to return again in the future. Thank you so much xx

Although I've stayed in several Airbnb's, it's always been with a group. This was my first time being the renter and I couldn't have picked a better situation to be my first. John was honestly awesome. To start, he's very selective on who he rents to. He took time to understand the purpose of my trip to ensure that his property was a good fit. John provided step by step detail to ensure we had a smooth transition into the property. The property was 100% as described. Very close to Kernville which included restaurants, grocery stores and tourism options. Quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the beautiful Lake Isabella! During my stay John was extremely attentive and responsive to text messages and phone calls. He even arranged for maid service mid stay while we were out of town. It's safe to say that John went above and beyond our expectations as a host. He's truly a superhost. And someone I plan on staying in contact with as a friend. Thank you for an amazing experience John!

I spent 3 1/2 days in the Cottage and was lucky enough to have no one else booked at the same time as me so I had complete release from everyday life which is exactly what I wanted to do as well as fish. As soon as I got on the dirt road to the cottage, I knew it was going to be amazing! Deborah and her husband are the nicest people. I was greeted and given a tour of the compound and was left to do my thing. I brought my boat and Bob was kind enough to bring it to the waters edge so I could easily launch every day. The cottage is super cute and cozy and has an amazing view of that lake. I loved eating my dinner and being able to see the water from the table. Bed was comfy and bathroom was big. As for the fishing, It was incredible!! First day was rough due to winds but after that, I lost count of how many fish I caught. I brought enough supplies so that I didn't need to go into town except for fishing stuff and 1 night out to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you plan to visit Lake Isabela!

Comfortable accommodation. Kitchen very well stocked. Great location for exploring the region.
