Modern and newly built house with a fantastic location just 50 metres from the water. The property is peacefully located with a nice park as a neighbour and an atmospheric marina at the end of the road. There is a separate entrance and private garden with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. In just 5 minutes you can walk down to a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach. Large shopping center is 1 km from the property, and Copenhagen is easily reached in about 25 minutes by car or train. Ideal for both families and couples.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Our basement offers a comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. You'll have everything you need for a short stay, incl. a sofa bed, a work desk, and a bathroom. We’re just a 10-minute walk to Herlev station and a 20-minute train ride to downtown Copenhagen. With free parking and an EV charger available, this is a great spot for both business and leisure travelers. Please note, you may hear footsteps and water drains from upstairs. We also have a cat.

Located in the idyllic village of Greve. The house is 87 sqm. The bedroom is furnished with a continental bed for extra comfort and with blackout roller blinds.
