Recently remodeled beach-front apartment in Isla Verde located between The Ritz Carlton & El San Juan hotels. Direct access gate to beach & steps away to other Isla Verde beach. Beach sanctuary. Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

The spacious studio features a queen-size bed and a comfortable couch, providing seating and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed ocean views, while a small balcony with high chairs allows for outdoor enjoyment. A bedside table and a dresser complete the serene room layout.

This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.
