It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. The living area is spacious, very warm and welcoming. The fireplace adds warmth and comfort. Enter through the sweet little screened in porch and stained glass door. Outdoors is graced with grapefruit, fig, apple, peach, pear, lemon, orange trees & a swing. 15 min. from Beaufort.
