Blake's Barn, Mattingley Farm

Blake's Barn is named after the Victorian farmer who built it. The stone barn was sympathetically converted in 1993, maintaining the beautiful original features while bringing it up to modern standards. The mezzanine master bedroom overlooks the open plan living area with the vaulted roof providing a unique airy space. A log burner completes the picture. Large sliding doors lead into the private walled garden with a covered dining area. Blake's Barn has been welcoming guests for over since 1993

Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The barn conversion is a bright and spacious house enjoying spectacular views of the countryside from every window, including both sunrise and sunset. The house benefits from an upside-down layout with the living areas on the upper level, making the most of the views from upstairs. The downstairs bedrooms all have ensuite and can be king or twin bed layouts. Only a stone's throw away is Tapnell Farm and everything they have to offer. Guests receive benefits here, and also on the ferries.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
