The Emerald is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house that has been converted into apartments. You will have 4 apartments to accommodate into. The 5th apartment has a long term guest.When you rent the house you get access to the entire place. The Emerald has mainly King size beds, water tanks for any emergency a gorgeous backyard to sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful Koi fishes in the pond! Each apartment has its own private bathroom, living room (some), Smart TV (no cable) and shower essentials.

Cozy corky aprt great for people that don't want to choose between accommodations vs enjoying the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Room is decorated nicely but is SMALL. I HAVE A DOG! Interested in this listing? Is it booked? I encourage you to search my profile for availability in the OTHER UNITS within the same building. if interested in having a cheaper stay check out one of my private rooms next to Guaynabo and the highway creating an opportunity of making everything a 10 to 15 min drive.

It is an amazing feeling to be in Sol apartment. Everything is just perfect. You can hear the ocean from your bed. We provide all, even buggy boards!!. We fit 8 people (two in the master with a queen bed, two in the second room with two twin beds that can be together, and four in the living room: in a west elm sofa two and two more in the comfortable mattresses behind the kitchen area. Pets are welcome. We need to know in advance that you are coming with your four legs friend.
