The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

The Lantern House

Charming apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio renovated in the spring of 2021. It is convenient for those who intend to arrive on the island without a car: the port and some beaches are a few minutes away by foot. Nearby are bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The ground floor accommodation is located in a semi-detached house. It is equipped with ample parking and surrounded by vegetable gardens and flower gardens, it also has a large porch to experience relaxing moments at any time of the day. Our guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a barbecue and a convenient outdoor shower. The apartment is in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the municipality of Portoferraio, above Sansone Beach.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

Cozy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
