Issoire is very well located if you want to visit the region (30 min from the ski resort and at the gates of the volcanoes...) House is in the city center, close to all shops. You will find in the house everything what you need for everyday life. On the 1st floor - an equipped kitchen opened to living room, toilet. On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. On the ground floor entrance, garage for small car and washing machine. You can park in the alley .

Charming townhouse in the city center that will immerse you on vacation with its warm atmosphere. Located 2 steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, cinema, swimming pool, Abbatyale,...), everything will be done on foot! Wi-Fi, bath towels and bed sheets provided (sheets not provided for the sofa bed), tea and coffee are complimentary...: you only need to pack light! Visiting or for a longer stop, you are welcome and I would love to host you!

Our accommodation – rated 4 stars **** – is unique. It is unique because we built it ourselves from A to Z with noble and natural materials. It is unique because it is spacious, bright and quiet. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Refurbished 35 m² apartment with a bedroom separate from the living room/study/kitchen. Pleasant and cosy decor. Classified as a 2** furnished tourist accommodation. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with windows overlooking an inner courtyard. A ceiling fan has been installed in the bedroom.

It consists of a 140 x 200 sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and has a bathroom with a small shower. Sheets and towels are provided.
