Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Erols (Yusuf too) place. Erol is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. He is super friendly, and very accommodating. We talked several times over our stay and he gave us useful tips/advice on various activities and helped with airport shuttles etc. Malik(?) is also kind and helped us on arrival too. This is a great room and the location is in close proximity to many of the main sights to see. The top floor terrace is also quite nice to hang out in, and it has a view of the water. The near by restaurant that is discounted is also an excellent spot to eat at, and i would recommend that too, (we had most of our meals there). This was our second trip to Istanbul, and if/when we come again we hope to stay here again. Overall a great place in Istanbul near many sights, highly recommended!

Excellent place that I highly recommend it. The place is perfect. It is functional, clean and conveniently located to visit the main monuments of Istanbul. Yusuf is a very welcoming, kind, responsive and quick to give all the useful tips. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

Amazing place. Very clean and cozy, the staff is friendly and polite. Separately, I advise you to communicate with the manager - Erol, will answer all your questions and recommend places and restaurants to visit (I recommend visiting all the cafes/restaurants that he offers - you will not regret it). A good sauna is provided free of charge, there is access to the roof with a stunning view, there is an enclosed area in cold weather and open in warmth. The rooms are large, with new furniture and cozy interior. Highly recommend, there were super positive emotions from the visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies, which was such a nice touch to start our visit. The host provided us with a map and shared all the “ins and outs” of Istanbul, which was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we got local insights. The apartment was a bit noisy, and we noticed a musty smell in the room. Additionally, we found a hair on the bed. However, apart from these issues, it was a lovely room with a bit of a side view on the Bosphorus! At departure, the host arranged a private transfer to the airport for us, which was very convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

Great hosts! Amazing location and cleanliness

I have stayed in several airbnbs in Istanbul and none compare to this one. I would give every service 10/10… location, staff, professionalism, cleanliness, and something I have not seen anywhere else, the staff was ready for any kind of help wherever you were. As for the interior design part, it was great, the rooms were as they look in the pictures. I would recommend it to everyone and if I were to go to Istanbul again I wouldn't bother looking for rooms again!

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The property fully corresponds to the description. Well-maintained. The transport interchange is very convenient,easy to get anywhere. All amenities are available, the kitchen has dishes, a gas stove, a gas boiler for hot water and heating, a toilet, a shower cabin. Everything is in excellent condition.

My partner and I came to Istanbul for a short break between Christmas and New Year's. Filliz and Ali were extremely welcoming and helpful in their recommendations including great restaurants and places to get our favourite baclava! The place couldn't be more central being 10 minutes walk or less from sultanahamet square (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi etc.) and the Grand Bazaar. Could not recommend enough for anyone looking for a well priced and centrally located place to stay in Istanbul.

Handan was such an excellent host, and this apartment was a perfect oasis in the middle of the lively chaos that is Beyoğlu/Istanbul. While there were some water and electricity interruptions during my stay, they were certainly not my host’s fault and she communicated with me through all of them. Overall, I am very grateful to have chosen this place, and to have met Handan. If I were coming back to Istanbul, I would stay here again.

Good location good property secured 24/7 by security. Nice and clean only problem was just shampoo. We asked the front desk for shampoo. They said we would have to purchase are own. Which I’ve never heard before from any air bnb I’ve stayed at. Other wise really nice location and host

We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very helpful and responsive and even allowed us to check-in earlier. Apartment had everything we needed, centrally located, there is a lot to do in the area, loads of restaurants just walking distance from the apartment and there is a secure parking available. overall very good impression. would stay there again.

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

We had a mother and a house that is more than enough for 7 people. The beds are very comfortable. The house was spotless. The view of the house is great. We couldn't use the pool because the weather was cold, but it looked very nice. This can definitely be your first choice when you come to the island. We had a very nice stay at the price. You can find everything you need in the kitchen.
